Clients must provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback. Zirify will not be held liable for delays caused by incomplete or late inputs. Any revisions, updates, or add-on requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Payments for services such as website development, hosting, or branding must be completed on time as outlined in the proposal. Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared. Domains and hosting remain under Zirify's control until final settlement.
All intellectual property, including designs, code, and branding assets, will be transferred only after full payment. Zirify reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing material unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Zirify is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, downtime, or third-party failures, including hosting outages, plugin conflicts, or API issues. Our responsibility is limited to the direct services we provide under the agreed scope of work.
